If I could do 0 stars i would. I took my car there with break pads for them to replace them (front and rear) to find out a two months later when I took my car to another place that the rear breaks were not replaced. I was charged for labor not done and they kept the break pads I brought in. This place stole my money, you have no consideration for people’s safety and no respect for how people make their money for you to steal it. Disgusting behavior, cant understand how you sleep at night stealing and lying to people.

I had an excellent experience with Chucky’s Muffler and Auto Repiar ! I came in for alignment,Not only did they provide top-notch car servicing, but they also offered their services at a surprisingly the best prices in Tampa Bay . The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly impressed with how well my car runs now. I will definitely be returning for all future repairs and maintenance needs. I have brought my car here several times, several cars and have also referred several people to their shop for the pst 4 years but the last service really disappointed me. Came in for tie rod replacement, wheel alignment tire rotation and balance. Spent a hefty amount. When I drove off the lot I realized the wheel alignment was WHORSE than before the service was done. I called and explained that the wheels are now steering to the left while the steering wheel is straight. He seemed super offended and said that his machine cost 500k so there’s no way that it’s wrong. I politely asked if he can take a second look. I brought the car back and he test drove it, came back and told me the car drives more than perfect and it’s probably all in my head. I thanked him and left his shop, no point of going back and forth. My dad’s a mechanic up north so I’m not clueless when it comes to cars and know for a fact this alignment was not done properly. Come to find out months later I bring it to Honda and they recommend I complete a new alignment. Very disappointed considering I have spent so much in service with this shop over the years. Wish them the best but will no longer be a customer. Upda

i wanted to replace the brake fluid ( he called it brake plash for $125 *t) plus also got an oil change and cv axle replacement. Didnt look like they replaced the brake fluid so i went ahead and did it myself, attached photo of fluid it that came out, i dont think brand new brake fluid is supposed to look brown/black.

Throughout the years we have taken are vehicles to “Chuckie” to be repaired. Always takes them in quickly, provides us fair prices and honest repairs. (Yes I have doubled checked him on occasion) He works with me if I bring my own parts, and understands my concerns about our budget. Great neighborhood mechanic!! 😃
